After
more than 24 years in the design and construction business, Wade’s
original blueprints and careful attention to detail have set him apart
from the cookie-cutter building styles adopted by most housing developments
today.
Our
most recent undertaking, the Byron Estates development located among
the trees and rolling hills on Col. Talbot Rd., north of Southdale Rd,
promises to be as pleasing to the eye as our work ethic is to our clients.
With 1.36 acres as the smallest of 13 available lots, Byron Estates
will offer beautiful surroundings, comfort, and the largest lots in
London as its cornerstones.
Byron
Estates is a full urban design project, meaning that although we prizes
individuality in our designs, the houses built at this site will have
similar elements in their exterior appearance only. The architectural
style that will signify Byron Estates will be characteristic of some
of our earlier designs, which encompasses a sense of “Old-World
charm” such as the stucco walls and cedar roofs of French country
homes.
For
Byron Estates isn’t targeting any specific demographic. Anyone
from young executive couples to empty nesters may be potential buyers.
The lots are available to anybody who wants to maintain their property
value.
Because
our designs our custom there will be no models available for preview,
but interested parties are invited to special openings to review previous
projects.
Barry
Wade, is a Fanshawe College graduate with a diploma in Construction
Technology, and has previously worked with eight other architectural
firms before opening up his own office in 1987.
During
his tenure as a designer and builder, Wade has finished homes not just
in the London area, but stretching to the United States and the Caribbean.
Wherever
our projects are, they never fail to receive attention, and awards.
The firm has gathered a collection of twenty awards since they began
construction in 1991.
But
for now, Byron Estates is the object of our attention.
“We’ve had an incredible response to the development, our
client’s understand and believe in the development and are relying
on our reputation of quality design and construction.”
“Architecture and construction are not mutually exclusive of each
other. It is a symbiotic relationship that is made possible thanks to
‘one designer and one builder’ philosophy: providing the
highest quality to clients by offering them a service, which performs
the complex coordination, required in the design and building process.
